Master Cleanse Update: 6 Weeks After

I weigh 220 lbs.  Up 5 lbs from when I completed the cleanse 6 weeks ago which I attribute to adding muscle.

Master Cleanse - Update: 8 Days After

I weigh 215 lbs today.  Meaning I have lost another pound due to continuing to live a healthy lifestyle by virtue of a clean organic diet and exercise.

Master Cleanse Journey: Day 18 - Coming Off of the Cleanse

Today I weigh in at 219 lbs (-21 lbs overall).  As yesterday was the last day of the cleanse, one has to be extremely careful as to how safely prepare for solid food again.  Today I will only drink freshly juiced organic orange juice and add grade B maple syrup to it if I am hungry.

  •   3x one tablespoon of bentonite clay and 1 tablespoon of pysllium husk powder

Exercise:

  • High rep weights: Shoulders and Traps
  • Running - 5 miles at 9:10 pace

Master Cleanse Journey: Day 18 - Last Official Day of Cleanse (Now Time to for the Post Cleanse Nutrition Program)

Today's weight is 220 lbs (-20 overall).  Same weight as yesterday.  Like before, this is more than likely due to the water weight I hold in my muscles the day after lifting.

All my measurements (bi's & chest) are the same as when I started.  However, my waist is down now to 37 1/2"s.  Down 2 1/2"s in the last 13 days.


  • 3x one tablespoon of bentonite clay and one tablespoon of pysllium husk powder - perfect time to do this as there is no solid waste in my system

  • 11 Master Cleanse drinks

Today I weigh 220 lbs (-20 lbs overall).  The bloating in my lower abdomen is nearly gone.  My tongue, too, is gradually turning pink.
