  • 5K - 21:13 (2012 - 230 lbs, 41 yrs old)
  • 10K - 45:08 (2012 - 225 lbs, 41 yrs old)

Best Times in High School

  • 400m - 51 (relay split as a junior)
  • 800m - 1:56 (relay split as a junior), 1:58 as a junior, 1:59 as a sophmore & 2:03 as a freshman
  • 1600m - 4:25 (ran 4:25 3x as a sophomore & junior), 4:36 as a freshman, 4:56 8th grade & 5:14 7th grade
  • 3-mile road - 15:21 (sophomore)
  • 5K cross country - 16:25 (senior)
*Missed senior year track season due to an automobile accident in December of 1988

Bench Press

  • 315 lbs (2011)

  1. You should contact Harko Brown at clydesdalenz@gmail.com. He is big into promoting the Clydesdale Division in New Zealand and want to have about a half maraton distance race between guys down there against guys in the US. Have one race down there and the next year have a race host a clydesdale race in the states. He is a cool guy. If you put it together, I might join in the race as I am a clydesdale runner too.

    1. Although I'd love to travel to New Zealand, I'm content with the Clydesdale events in the US. There are three in AZ and one in Vegas that I'll attend this year. In Chicago there is actually a race circuit with Clydesdale divisions - they have 4, including a 225+ lb division that I would compete in. There are 17 races and one's best 10 races are scored. And of course, there are Clydesdale events in most every state. Thank you for posting.
