Today's weight is 221 lbs (-19 lbs overall).
- I drank 12 drinks and have cut back to 1/2 tsp per serving - still @5x the amount most folks consume
Exercise: Ran 5 miles at 9:20 pace and again felt fantastic
My waist is still 38" - down 2". My biceps and chest are the same measurements from when I began this program.
