My weight today is 224 lbs (-16 lbs overall).
- Drank 12 drinks - ramped-up the cayenne pepper to 3/4 tsp per drink - this the total amount most people get per day divided into all their shakes. They say the more the merrier with the cayenne.
Exercise: 5 mile run at 9:20 pace. Felt great...little effort.
